We offer a comprehensive range of inclusive, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based services for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families, and neurodivergent individuals.

 

Our care is grounded in collaboration, clinical rigor, and respect for each person’s lived experience, functional needs, and individual goals.

Neuropsychology, Psychological & Psychometric Testing

We provide comprehensive neuropsychological, psychological, and psychometric testing for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, across the full lifespan.

 

Our assessments are designed to clarify cognitive, learning, developmental, and functional profiles, and to support informed clinical, educational, occupational, and life decisions.

 

 

Assessment areas include:

  • ADHD and autism evaluations (children and adults)

  • Learning disabilities and academic functioning

  • Giftedness and intellectual functioning (IQ testing)

  • Memory, attention, executive functioning, and processing speed

  • Cognitive decline in older adults

  • Mild, moderate, and severe cognitive impairment

Occupational Therapy – Mental Health

(Adults & Children)

Mental health occupational therapy focuses on how emotional, cognitive, and psychological factors impact daily functioning, participation, and autonomy.

 

Our interventions are informed by:

 

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT-informed OT)

  • OT-informed Cognitive-Behavioral approaches

  • Object relations theory

 

We support:

 

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Daily organization, routines, and executive functioning

  • School, work, and social participation

  • Functional difficulties related to mental health conditions

  • Functional decline across the lifespan

 

Care is occupation-centered, practical, and focused on meaningful real-life activities.

Occupational Therapy – Physical Health, Function & Pediatrics

 

We also offer occupational therapy services addressing physical, developmental, and functional needs, including:

 

  • Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties)

  • Functional decline related to aging, illness, or neurological conditions

  • Developmental delays in children

  • Home safety assessments and home adaptations to support independence

Psychology & Psychotherapy

  • Gender-affirming and identity-affirming mental health support

  • Exploration of identity in a non-judgmental and supportive space

  • Assessment letters for gender-affirming hormone therapy

  • Assessment letters for gender-affirming surgeries (top and bottom surgeries)

 

Care is grounded in affirmation, dignity, and respect for self-determination.

Nutrition

Our nutrition services take a holistic and non-stigmatizing approach to the relationship between food, body, and mental health.

 

We offer support for:

 

  • Eating habits and nutrition-related concerns

  • Body image and relationship with food

  • Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed care

  • Weight-related goals, when clinically appropriate

  • Diabetes care and nutritional management

 

Nutrition care may be integrated with mental health services when relevant.

 

Psychiatry

The clinic hosts psychiatrists whose services may be covered by the public health system (RAMQ), with a medical referral.

 

Psychiatric services include:

 

  • Diagnostic evaluations

  • Medication management and follow-up

  • Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support continuity and quality of care

Private Home Care

 

We offer private in-home care services for individuals who require support in their own living environment due to mental health challenges, functional difficulties, cognitive decline, or complex care needs.

 

Services may include:

 

  • Functional assessments in the home

  • Support with daily routines and autonomy

  • Environmental adaptations and safety recommendations

  • Coordination with caregivers and family members

 

Home-based services are tailored to individual needs and aimed at promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Intensive & Semi-Intensive Mental Health Rehabilitation

 

We offer intensive and semi-intensive mental health rehabilitation programs for individuals requiring a higher level of support.

 

These programs may include:

 

  • Daily or near-daily appointments, when clinically indicated

  • Structured, interdisciplinary interventions

  • Functional rehabilitation focused on daily life, autonomy, and recovery

  • Support during periods of significant functional decline, transition, or crisis

 

Programs are individualized and designed to support stabilization, recovery, and reintegration into daily life.
