Intensive and Semi-Intensive Mental Health Programs in Montreal

Structured, Interdisciplinary Treatment for Adolescents and Adults

At Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago, we offer something truly unique in Quebec: structured interdisciplinary intensive and semi-intensive programs, as well as private intensive out-patient rehab.

Our programs are designed for individuals and families seeking accelerated functional recovery and deeper transformation through a coordinated, goal-oriented approach.

Each cycle lasts 12 weeks and includes clear objectives, personalized interventions, and measurable outcomes across emotional, relational, and occupational domains.

Structure and Delivery of Vivago’s Intensive and Semi-Intensive Mental Health Programs

Comprehensive intake process where your needs are assessed and objectives are co-created

You begin with a comprehensive intake where your needs, priorities, and goals are assessed by our interdisciplinary team (occupational therapist, psychosocial worker, psychologist, and physician if needed).

Together, we build a personalized treatment plan that combines structured weekly sessions, goal tracking, and real-life applications.

Typical structure (example):

  • 2-3 weekly occupational therapy sessions (50 min)

  • 2-3 weekly psychosocial follow-up sessions (50 min)

  • 1× family or parental support session

  • Weekly team coordination to ensure continuity and integration of care

  • Optional: clinical messaging between sessions for ongoing support

Each plan is tailored to your situation and can include additional professionals depending on your goals.

Focus Areas:

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • Family communication and boundary-setting

  • Risk assessment and decision-making

  • Building resilience and autonomy

  • Occupational balance across school, work, leisure, and self-care

Our programs are evidence-based and grounded in occupational therapy, psychology, and systemic family approaches.

Between-Session Support

To enhance follow-up continuity, Vivago offers secure clinical messaging for clients enrolled in semi-intensive or intensive programs.

Messages are reviewed within 24 hours, with optional PRIORITY responses (within 4 hours).

This ensures consistent, high-quality support while promoting emotional regulation and independence between sessions.

Pricing & Commitment

  • A typical semi-intensive plan can start at approximately $600/week

  • Each program requires a minimum 12-week commitment, renewable based on progress.

  • We offer flexible payment options and as always you will receive detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement.

Whether you’re a student, a parent, a working adult, or navigating cognitive changes later in life, our evaluations provide clarity and direction—so you can move forward with confidence.
