With over ten years of experience in occupational therapy, Anne-Pascale Ménard, MSc. is passionately committed to improving individual well-being through the application of the science of “doing." and is a proud member of Vivago's mental health team offering mental health services in Montreal.
As the visionary co-founder of Cedulify, her unique approach integrates mental health, community intervention, and occupational therapy to support people facing the complexities of modern life.
Drawing on her extensive experience and personal journey as a mother, entrepreneur, and healthcare professional, Anne-Pascale designs wellness tools and workshops that offer concrete strategies for resilience, self-assertion, meaningful engagement, and life balance.
Occupational Therapy:
Initial Evaluation: C$180 per hour
Follow up: C$160 per hour
Anne-Pascale provides mental health occupatioanl therapy services to individuals ages 15 and up in French and English.
