Vandana Chaubey is an experienced Clinical Supervisor with more than 15 years of progressive experience in home and community care, youth protection, and family support services. Known for her strong leadership, client-centered approach, and deep commitment to community well-being, she has built a career dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan.
Currently serving as the Clinical Supervisor of Home and Community Services at Kahnawake Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services, Vandana oversees the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to clients in both home and community settings. In this role, she leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, personal support workers, and therapists, ensuring compliance with health standards, guiding case management practices, and fostering collaborative approaches to care planning and intervention.
Before stepping into the supervisory role, Vandana worked as a Home and Community Care Case Worker, where she assessed client needs, coordinated services, and played a key role in elder abuse prevention and intervention. Her earlier career includes eight years in Youth Protection, where she conducted family interventions under the Youth Protection Act, provided counseling and crisis intervention, and supported clients with mental health and neuropsychological challenges.
In addition to her clinical work, Vandana has been a Field Placement Student Supervisor since 2019, mentoring emerging practitioners and supporting their professional development through guidance, evaluation, and hands-on learning experiences.
Her career began in early childhood services and youth care, including roles at 7 Generations Daycare and Batshaw Youth and Family Centers, where she provided frontline support, counseling, and life skills education to children, youth, and families.
Vandana holds a Master of Arts in Educational Studies and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Human Relations and Political Science, both from Concordia University. She is a full member of the Quebec Order of Social Workers and maintains certifications in Clinical Supervision, Field Placement Supervision, CPR/First Aid, Aggression Replacement Training, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
With a strong foundation in clinical leadership, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration, Vandana is dedicated to building safe, supportive environments where clients and families can thrive.

Vandana provides services to individuals ages 3 and up in French and English. She also provides counseling for parents and couples.
