• Free 20 minutes virtual meeting with the parents
• Initial contact with the child: $180 CAD
• Evaluation and report: $500 CAD
• Report discussion (OPTIONAL): $80 CAD for 30 minutes
• Follow-up sessions: $160 CAD

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
How to cancel: By email, phone, or voicemail.
Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
