Celine Hourani,
Occupational Therapy Student
(they/them)
Mental Health Services Montreal
Celine (HBSc, Neuroscience) is a bilingual occupational therapy student practicing under the
supervision of Gio Arcuri. They bring a strong academic foundation in neuroscience alongside a
deep commitment to relational, equity-oriented care.
Celine has extensive experience working with youth, as well as with BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+
communities, through a range of formal and informal roles. Their work is grounded in the belief
that healing and growth are best supported through collective care, radical acceptance,
accountability, and social justice. Celine strives to create therapeutic spaces that are empathetic,
affirming, and non-judgmental, where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their
autonomy.
As a developing occupational therapist, Celine is an active and reflective learner, continuously
integrating anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and liberatory frameworks into their practice.
Their client-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, strengths-based support, and an
understanding of how systemic factors shape daily occupations, well-being, and access to care.
