I have been meeting with Olivia Ruffolo at the clinic and my experience has been completely positive. The sessions are welcoming, engaging, safe and her style is very matter of fact. I have found counsellors in the past very circumspect, overtly cautious about the way they phrase things. Olivia's style is very conversational, human, and practical. Willing to meet me where I'm coming from. The clinic is accessible and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend them highly enough.
