Paying for your appointment at Clinique Vivago

Payments should be made within 24 hours** of your appointment and can be made by e-transfer to info@cliniquevivago.com .

Your invoice will be issued to you through your patient portal once your payment is received and processed by a member of our team.​

**Please note that we will do our best to follow up and remind you of your balance owed, but if payment for your previous appointment has not been received before your next appointment, we will have to cancel it.

** Please note that our new system now requires a valid credit card to be kept on file for any virtual appointment or for appointments after 5:00 p.m., in accordance with our administrative policy. We therefore ask that you kindly call us so we can securely add this information to your file.

** If you prefer to make the payment via Interac e-Transfer, please let us know so we can note it in your file. In that case, the transfer must be sent before your session or on the same day. If payment is not received, the amount will be charged to the credit card on file the following day.

Paying by card ?

For in person appointments, we accept payments by Interac/Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

If you would like to pay online for an appointment using one of the cards listed, please contact our administrative team at info@cliniquevivago.com for approval. 

Please note that by booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that certain fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.

  • 50% of the appointment cost plus tax, for appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment date.

  • 100% of the appointment cost plus tax, if the patient does not show up to the appointment and has not notified the clinician or the administrative team.
