At Clinique Vivago, we are committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations to ensure the most accurate and just determination of an individual’s capacities.
To achieve this, we mandate the involvement of both a social worker and an occupational therapist in every assessment package in addition to the individual’s treating medical doctor.
This multidisciplinary approach ensures that data is triangulated across professional domains, increasing the reliability of our findings while preserving the dignity and rights of the individual involved.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
How to cancel: By email, phone, or voicemail.
Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
