Please note that by booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that certain fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.

• $40 for appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment date. 

• 50% of the appointment cost if the patient does not show up to the appointment and has not given the clinician or the admin any notice.
