  • What services does Vivago offer?
    Vivago offers a variety of services tailored to support young adults, adults, the elderly, and couples. Our key areas of focus include neuropsychology, occupational therapy, social work, psychosocial counseling, psychiatry, and family medicine. We emphasize wellness as a balance across physical, psychological, social, and environmental aspects.
  • Does Vivago offer corporate services?
    Yes, Vivago provides corporate services aimed at promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace. Our services include employee assistance programs, mental health workshops, and consultations to help organizations create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Does Vivago offer groups and workshops?
    Yes, Vivago offers various groups and workshops designed to support mental health and well-being. These sessions are facilitated by our experienced professionals and cover a range of topics to help individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster a sense of community.
  • Why can't I see my appointments in my patient portal?
    If you have access to your portal but cannot see your appointments, please ask one of our admin members to verify your account.
  • Where do I find my invoices?
    Invoices are located in the 'Mail' section of your Pomelo Patient Portal. Please ensure you register your account when you receive the email requesting you to do so.
  • What should I expect in an initial appointment?
    During your initial appointment at Clinique Vivago, you can expect a comprehensive assessment of your mental health needs. Our professionals will take the time to understand your concerns, medical history, and any previous treatments. This session is designed to establish a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss your goals for therapy or treatment.
  • Why am I not receiving appointment emails?
    Your email may have marked our domain (cliniquevivago.com) as spam, preventing you from receiving communications from us. To solve this you can add our email address to your contacts.
  • How do I access my virtual appointment?
    You will receive an email from no-reply@virtualvisit.telushealth.com with the subject line 'Your upcoming virtual visit appointment'. This email will contain the link to your appointment. At the time of your appointment all you need to do is click the link and wait for your clinician to connect. *For neuropsychology appointments, a Zoom link will be sent by your clinician prior to the appointment.
  • Are there any fees associated if I cancel an appointment?
    Please note that by booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree that certain fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable. $40 for appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment date. 50% of the appointment cost if the patient does not show up to the appointment and has not notified their clinician or the administrative team.
  • Is Clinique Vivago fully accessible?
    Clinique Vivago is fully accessible. Free street parking for disabled parking permit holders is available on Avenue Lambert-Closse, at the corner of Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest. One parking spot is also available for clients at the back of the building. To access the back parking, take Rue Lambert-Closse and turn onto Rue du Souvenir. Continue until you reach the parking lot; our reserved spot is clearly marked with the Clinique Vivago logo and is numbered 20. If you park in the back, you may enter the building through the side door. Please use buzzer number 200 to gain access—this is the same buzzer number as the front entrance. The building features an access ramp, automatic doors, elevators, and a fully accessible, gender-neutral bathroom on the first floor. If you have any additional accessibility needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
  • What measures does Clinique Vivago take to support accessibility?
    Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Clinique Vivago: Include accessibility as part of our mission statement. Include accessibility throughout our internal policies. Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices. Provide continual accessibility training for our staff. Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities. Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods.

    The Vivago Foundation is a charitable organization that was born out of a successful project completed by Clinique Vivago. While Clinique Vivago focuses on providing mental health support and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals of all ages, the Vivago Foundation extends this mission by striving to make mental health services more accessible to underserved communities. It operates independently from the clinic but remains closely aligned with its core values and objectives. The mission of the Vivago Foundation is to: 1. Provide direct professional mental health services to young adults and women from marginalized or vulnerable groups, including individuals facing barriers to healthcare or with visible or invisible disabilities. 2. Offer training to healthcare professionals and the community on mental health issues affecting young adults and women from marginalized or vulnerable groups. This includes funding counseling services, advocating for mental health education, and facilitating community-based programs. In addition, the foundation is committed to providing free services to marginalized communities and providing education to healthcare professionals to better support marginalized communities.
