What should I expect in an initial appointment?During your initial appointment at Clinique Vivago, you can expect a comprehensive assessment of your mental health needs. Our professionals will take the time to understand your concerns, medical history, and any previous treatments. This session is designed to establish a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss your goals for therapy or treatment.

What should I do if I'm not receiving appointment emails?If you are not receiving appointment emails, it's possible that your email provider has marked our domain (cliniquevivago.com) as spam. To resolve this, please add our email address to your contacts to ensure you receive all communications from us.

How do I access my virtual appointment?You will receive an email from no-reply@virtualvisit.telushealth.com with the subject line 'Your upcoming virtual visit appointment'. This email will contain the link to your appointment. At the time of your appointment all you need to do is click the link and wait for your clinician to connect. *For neuropsychology appointments, a Zoom link will be sent by your clinician prior to the appointment.

Where do I find my invoices?Invoices are located in the 'Mail' section of your Pomelo Patient Portal. Please ensure you register your account when you receive the email requesting you to do so.

What are the cancellation fees for appointments?When booking an appointment with us, please be aware that certain fees may apply for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $40 fee will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified your clinician or our administrative team, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

How accessible is Clinique Vivago for individuals with disabilities?Absolutely! Clinique Vivago is fully accessible. We provide free street parking for disabled permit holders on Avenue Lambert-Closse, near Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest. There's also a designated parking spot at the back of the building, marked with our logo and numbered 20. To access it, turn onto Rue du Souvenir from Rue Lambert-Closse. Enter through the side door using buzzer number 200, the same as the front entrance. Our facility features an access ramp, automatic doors, elevators, and a fully accessible, gender-neutral bathroom on the first floor. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know, and we'll accommodate you.
