Cameron Dinh, MSc (OT) is a bilingual occupational therapist and member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ). She works with adults, adolescents, children, and their families, supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), chronic pain, fatigue, and burnout. Cameron is committed to inclusive, strengths-based care and creating a welcoming space for people of all identities and lived experiences.
With experience in hospitals, schools, and rehabilitation centres, she takes a holistic approach, helping clients understand how mental health, physical symptoms, and environmental demands interact. Cameron collaborates with clients to build balanced routines, return to meaningful roles, and engage fully in daily life.
Drawing on her background in yoga and mindfulness, she incorporates gentle, body-based strategies when helpful, always tailoring support to each client’s needs. Known for her warm and validating presence, Cameron creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in reconnecting with what matters most to them.
