They also offer guidance in navigating the healthcare system, helping you find specialists, access group therapy, or any other services recommended by your doctor. By focusing on prevention, education, and advocacy, our team is committed to your personal and social well-being

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.

Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
