We understand that an individual's relationship with food is complex and multifaceted, influenced by various factors from a young age. Our approach honors this complexity, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all way to eat. Instead, we guide you in exploring what impacts your perception of food and your body, helping you rediscover a neutral and nonjudgmental relationship with eating while prioritizing your health and well-being.
Our approach includes :
Assessing nutrition needs of individuals and groups and determining resources and constraints in the practice setting.
Establishing priorities, goals and objectives that meet nutrition needs.
Providing nutritional counseling based on individual needs in a respectful and judgement free environment.
Our experienced team is here to support and empower you, guiding you through your journey all while respecting your personal pace.
Please note that by booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that certain fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
$40 for appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment date.
50% of the appointment cost if the patient does not show up to the appointment and has not given the clinician or the admin any notice.
