Our approach honors this complexity, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all way to eat. Instead, we guide you in exploring what impacts your perception of food and your body, helping you rediscover a neutral and nonjudgmental relationship with eating while prioritizing your health and well-being.
Our service includes help with body image, eating disorders, weight loss, PCOS, diabetes, cholesterol, IBS, and beyond.

Assessing nutrition needs of individuals and groups and determining resources and constraints in the practice setting.
Establishing priorities, goals and objectives that meet nutrition needs.
Providing nutritional counseling based on individual needs in a respectful and judgement free environment.
Our experienced team is here to support and empower you, guiding you through your journey all while respecting your personal pace.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
How to cancel: By email, phone, or voicemail.
Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
