Comprehensive psychiatry services to support mental health and well-being. A referral from a medical doctor is required to accessing our psychiatric care.

Have your doctor fax (514-905-9778) or email (info@cliniquevivago.com) us your referral. Once received, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

We would like to inform you that our psychiatrist, Dr. Paquin, is currently no longer accepting new patients. In addition, he will be leaving our clinic in May 2026 and, unfortunately, will not be able to continue providing care to his patients outside the clinic. In order to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition for the patients concerned, we are currently seeking a replacement psychiatrist. Every effort is being made to ensure that this transition takes place under the best possible conditions. We thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
How to cancel: By email, phone, or voicemail.
Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
