Our Psychosocial Worker offers personalized one-on-one sessions to help you: navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, develop strategies to improve your mental well-being, boost your motivation and regain confidence, overcome fears and establish healthy boundaries, manage stress and restore balance, work through relational issues between yourself and other, heal from past struggles and move forward.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (cancel or reschedule): 50% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
No-show / missed appointment (no notice): 100% of the appointment fee + applicable taxes.
How to cancel: By email, phone, or voicemail.
Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, the client acknowledges and agrees that these fees may apply, and that the clinic reserves the right to charge these fees when applicable.
