Olivia Ruffolo, BSW. is a bilingual social worker and a proud member of Clinique Vivago's mental health services in Montreal. Olivia offers a compassionate, client-centered support to individuals navigating a variety of life circumstances. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, she offers support in a safe and judgement free environment that goes at your pace.
She works with clients from various backgrounds and offers support for an array of topics. Here are some examples of topics that can be explored together:
Anxiety, stress, and burnout
Navigating identity, gender, and sexuality (2SLGBTQ+ affirming)
Life transitions, relationship challenges, and boundary-setting
Depression and low self-esteem
Grief and loss
Caregiver stress, in-home accommodations, and planning next steps for your loved one’s care beyond the home

Olivia provides services to individuals ages 15 and up in French and English.
