Marc-Olivier Sauvé is the Operations Manager at Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago, bringing over ten years of experience in management, financial operations, and process optimization. Prior to joining Vivago, he held several key positions in the banking and financial sector, including Assistant Vice President – Fixed Income at BNP Paribas, the largest bank in France. His expertise includes monitoring complex trade flows, ensuring data accuracy across systems, collateral management, financial reconciliation, and the training and onboarding of new employees. 

 

He previously worked at the Bank of Montreal as a Portfolio Support Officer, preparing commercial loan documentation, managing sensitive transactional processes, overseeing workflow distribution, and supporting internal operational performance. His advanced skills in process simplification, Excel VBA, macros, and risk management make him a structural cornerstone of the clinic’s operational backbone.

 

Marc-Olivier is also deeply involved in community and inclusion work. He served six years as the Treasurer of a non-profit organization and chaired the BNP Paribas LGBT Pride group, where he coordinated events and partnerships with organizations such as Montréal Pride, Pride at Work, and Image+Nation. 

 

Fully bilingual in French and English and holding a finance degree from UQAM, he provides Vivago with structured leadership, operational rigor, and a strong commitment to inclusive and efficient service delivery, essential to supporting the clinic’s rapid growth.
