Juliette Auger, Occupational Therapy Intern, is a warm, empathetic, and approachable clinician who aims to create a space where each person feels heard, understood, and respected.

With a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and currently completing her master’s degree in occupational therapy, Juliette has a particular interest in the relationship between well-being, daily habits, and participation in the activities that give meaning and structure to everyday life. She enjoys supporting individuals who are experiencing functional challenges related to physical or mental health and helping them find practical ways to navigate their daily routines, roles, and activities.

Her occupational therapy experience has included work in pediatrics and with older adults, giving her the opportunity to support people at different stages of life and further develop a person-centred and collaborative approach.

Juliette believes that meaningful change begins with understanding each person’s unique reality. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in collaboration. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each individual and works alongside them to identify realistic, sustainable strategies that can be integrated into everyday life.
