Dana Mughrabi, Professional Dietitian, P.Dt/RD, is a trilingual Registered Dietitian and McGill University graduate with over 20 years of international experience. As a member of the ODNQ, she uses her background in community development to offer care that is personal, science-based, and rooted in cultural competency and cultural safety.
Through one-on-one sessions and group workshops, Dana helps clients improve their physical and mental health, manage chronic conditions, and feel their best. Using a collaborative and intuitive nutrition approach, she helps clients reach their goals without counting calories or going on strict diets. She offers a caring, judgment-free space and is a strong voice for weight-inclusive care and ending weight bias.
Dana’s main goal is to make healthy living realistic, sustainable, and accessible to everyone. Because she wants to truly understand each person’s unique needs and individual goals, she invites you to book a free discovery meeting to connect and see if you are a good match.
Dana also offers a new GLP-1 nutrition support program for people taking GLP-1 medications who want help meeting their protein intake goals, maintaining muscle mass, and building sustainable habits for long-term health. As research increasingly shows, preserving muscle mass is an important part of supporting metabolism, function, strength, and long-term weight maintenance. Through this program, Dana helps clients nourish their bodies adequately, feel confident with food choices, and avoid overly restrictive approaches.
