Psychologist and Psychotherapist Position

Clinique Vivago is seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our dynamic, values-driven team at Clinique Vivago!

In this vital role, you will provide high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions to adults seeking mental health support. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and foster meaningful personal growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations

  • Develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans

  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches

  • Monitor client progress and adapt interventions to optimize outcomes

  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers, etc.)

  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychology

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in Québec

  • Experience working with adult populations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, client-centered approach

  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive mental health care

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload ethically and efficiently

  • Interest in ongoing professional development and reflective practice​​
