Occupational Therapist Position

Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its dynamic interdisciplinary team in downtown Montréal. In this role, you will support adults and their loved ones experiencing communication, language, speech, or swallowing challenges that affect daily functioning and quality of life.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assess and treat communication, language, speech, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop individualized, function-focused intervention plans aligned with client goals

  • Provide interventions grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices

  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans)

  • Work with a diverse adult client population, including neurodivergent individuals and equity-deserving groups

  • Contribute to a holistic, person-centred approach to functional and mental health care

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Québec

  • Strong clinical skills in speech, language, communication, and swallowing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, and anti-oppressive care

  • Ability to work independently while valuing interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Experience working with neurodivergent and/or equity-deserving populations (strong asset)
