
Occupational Therapist Position
Clinique Vivago is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and inclusive team at Clinique Vivago.
In this vital role, you will provide functional assessments and mental health interventions to adults, supporting clients in navigating challenges related to daily functioning, emotional regulation, work participation, relationships, executive functioning, and autonomy.
This position offers a unique opportunity to practice occupational therapy in adult mental health within a human, collaborative environment where clinical depth is valued and care is never rushed.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional assessments

Develop individualized, occupation-based intervention plans

Provide occupational therapy interventions in mental health (emotional regulation, structure building, return-to-work planning, energy management, daily routine development)

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with OEQ standards

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, neuropsychologists)

Engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional development
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in Québec (OEQ)

Experience working with adult mental health populations

Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

Empathetic, structured, participation-focused approach

Ability to manage a caseload ethically and autonomously
