Giselle is a quadrilingual social worker licensed in Quebec and licensed in social work and psychotherapy in Ontario. She provides services in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese to individuals aged 12 and older.
Her international experience—gained in Canada, Latin America, and Africa—has enriched her understanding of mental health issues and the challenges of cultural adaptation.
Deeply committed to supporting people in all their complexity, Giselle works with those facing mental health challenges, particularly those related to anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as experiences of bullying, harassment, violence, and major life transitions.
Through an integrative approach, she combines sensitivity, clinical rigor, and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey. Giselle is committed to guiding people toward resilience, balance, and lasting well-being—always at a pace that respects their personal journey.
