Giselle is a trilingual Social Worker with a social work license in Quebec, as well as licenses in both social work and psychotherapy in Ontario. She provides services to individuals ages 12 and up in French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Her international experience—spanning Canada, Latin America, and Africa—has deepened her awareness of mental health issues and the challenges of cultural adaptation.

Deeply passionate about supporting individuals in all their complexity, Giselle works with people facing mental health challenges, especially those related to anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD), as well as experiences of bullying, harassment, violence, and major life transitions.
​
Using an integrative approach, she combines sensitivity, clinical rigor, and deep respect for each person’s unique path. Giselle is committed to guiding individuals toward resilience, balance, and lasting well-being—always at a pace that respects their personal journey.
